This is the home of Colette and Ken. Five acres of beauty near Lake Kathleen. Next time I'll take a photo of the horse.
The home and garden are so lovely.

Auditions
St. James Choir will be singing the mass for Vilem Sokol this Thursday.
This brings back many memories of Liz's experience in Little Symphony.
I was auditioning for a Little Theatre Group in Seattle and noticed that auditions
for Little Symphony were being held the same day. I asked Liz if she would like to come along and audition.
Liz agreed but I'm not sure she realized what a big deal it was to be a member.
When I auditioned they said they loved my voice but then asked my age. They assumed I was inexperienced in stage work (true) so I didn't make it.
Liz on the other hand made it into the Little Symphony. This was such great experience for her. Not too many flutists were in the group.
I went to all the rehearsals and enjoyed listening to Master Sokol. His great sense of humor made the practice even more enjoyable for me.
Joe and I attended all concerts including Marrowstone.
Liz was chosen to do the TV promos for the concert. Also good experience.
Thanks to Master Sokol for his kindness to our daughter.
We are just one of many families who received the blessing of his expertise and kindness.
