I have these on our property and wonder if I'm missing out on a good thing. I always figured they were
not to be eaten.
What do you think?

  1. I think you have to be among the mushroom cognoscenti to know which ones are good. I am not. I can tell a chanterelle, but that's about it.

  2. Your local university probably as a prof on staff who knows mushrooms. Call over there and send him these. A mistake is costly.
