Yum!

This cake was introduced to me by Liz. She made it for a birthday. It is delicious.
I prepared one yesterday for Treats at St. James. It is in the freezer. All that is left is the glaze of melted jelly that goes on top.

    I plan to make plum also. They are not gluten- free but I'll have something for them.
