At times I wonder,
why so many words?
It seems to make a point some get
totally absurd.
Why write a paragraph,
when a sentence will suffice
Good thoughts, ideas you wish to sell
Drown in a flood of words.
You write beautifully. I was thinking more of times when you listen to a person trying to make a point...they have your attention for a while, then all you hear is blah, blah, blah. e.g.Politicians.
Succinctness is a virtue that I have never possessed! But I value it in others.
