A save that worked

I contacted my niece Colette, to see if she would like the notes she sent me when she was going through
chemo. Surprisingly, she said she would like to see what she wrote while in a drug induced state!
So once again I'm glad I didn't toss!

  1. Good work, Martha!

I found, among my mother's things, the letters my father wrote her during the war. They are pretty sappy! Hard to imagine with one's parents!

    1. Sometimes, sappy is sweet. Depending on where people were stationed, the thought that they may not return home must've been difficult.
I have notes that my Dad wrote. Usually to get out of trouble!
