  2. The picture of Uncle Art and Aunt Frances looks like something from Life Magazine or a French movie. Very atmospheric.

  3. I think they look the most like the forties. Art was a Merchant Marine. He did the cooking. I remember him telling us a story about cockroaches running around the rim of the pot while he was cooking.

  4. I think Joes' brother was injured during battle as was my cousin Jim Rosa,who received a purple heart. Jim was very good looking. They were all nice but none are still with us.
    Uncle Ernie was a musician and played piano and trumpet in the Army Band
